Clear instructions! In Ajay's class the instructions are clear and you can see different students doing the poses. You also get modifications so you are able to follow even if it is challenging. I feel I am becoming a better teacher by following the live classes.

I adore Yogamu I adore Yogamu! I started taking their 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2020, and I've been hooked ever since.
