Clear instructions! In Ajay's class the instructions are clear and you can see different students doing the poses. You also get modifications so you are able to follow even if it is challenging. I feel I am becoming a better teacher by following the live classes.

Yoga / meditation / kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda I took 5 courses with Yogamu. I'm working on finishing the yoga 300 HR, meditation Level 2 and 3, and the kundalini yoga courses, and then I have Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda left. Exceptional Instructors, great course I immensely enjoyed my 200 hr YTT. I loved the flexibility of taking it online, so I could cover the material at my own pace. There are classes at all different times of the day, so I can always fit one into my schedule. And the instructors are experienced, creative, and helpful. They bring their own style to each class, and each class they teach is unique. I enjoy taking the live classes so much that I plan to continue as a student.
