Having an ordinary experience with… Having an ordinary experience with yogamu.org, I'd say it's almoust good. Prices were resonable and the items I was lookng for were available, so I managed to get what I wanted with minimum fuss. I got support quickly from the customer service team too. My only complaint wouldve been the cluttered layout of the homepage, which made it hard to quickly find exacly what I was looking for. Apart from this, I guess it was just avarage.

The real Deal!! This is the one time I don't regret clicking on a Facebook ad :). Yogamu is run by people who genuinely love what they do! The access to materials and classes is unparalleled. The support you get from the Yogamu team and the teachers is what sets this program apart from every other YTT that you see online. The live classes are taught by teachers who pay very close attention and offer changes/modifications as needed. I am extremely impressed by the quality of Yogamu courses and highly recommend it. Do NOT purchase courses from these ripoffs I purchased a course bundle in November 2023, and never got access to the courses. I sent multiple emails and tried calling and leaving messages repeatedly, and they ignored every single one of my attempts to contact them for almost 4 months. I finally got a hold of someone at the end of February of 2024 who had the audacity to tell me he was out having dinner with his family at a restaurant and wasn’t going to solve the issue for me. It would still be a couple more weeks before they finally gave me a refund, but it was only a partial refund, which they justified by giving me access to one of the courses at that time, the end of February 2024, after I’d been trying to reach these scammers for almost 4 months, and they justified the partial refund saying that I now had access to the one course they just finally added to my dashboard. They’re unprofessional, the customer service is horrific, and they’re scammers.

Customer service has improved!!! I want to thank Ravi in their customer service department so much. He handled my case in a timely and efficient manner. I was disappointed with Yogamu previously, but knowing Ravi is there puts me at ease and I may even take another YTT course with them. Knowing there is support when you may need it makes all the difference! Thank you RAVI!!! The 200 hr YTT was a great class. I took a local 200 YTT in Richmond VA as well and it was nice to have actual Indian instructors who practice yoga as a life principle even though they were pre-recorded. The knowledge is still the knowledge! THANK YOU!!!!!
