Yoga / meditation / kundalini yoga teacher, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda I took 5 courses with Yogamu. I'm working on finishing the yoga 300 HR, meditation Level 2 and 3, and the kundalini yoga courses, and then I have Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda left. Clear instructions! In Ajay's class the instructions are clear and you can see different students doing the poses. You also get modifications so you are able to follow even if it is challenging. I feel I am becoming a better teacher by following the live classes.
