No Administrative help for any question or request you make! The material for the courses in good, but there is a big lack of administrative issues. For example, I finished the Meditation Level 1 course about 3 months ago. I have to date not received my certification certificate. I have contacted them at least 3 times, and was told I would get it by e-mail when it was processed. REALLY! I would also add they are always offering courses at a low cost to build the number of students they have, but without the administrative knowledge or structure to serve the students they have.

High praises for Yogamu experience Yogamu has made certification both accessible and affordable for this working mom of 4. I am able to fit the high quality live classes into my schedule and work on the class work at my own pace. The teachers during the classes are engaging and always willing to offer modifications. It’s like having a private yoga teacher coming into your home !

Clear instructions! In Ajay's class the instructions are clear and you can see different students doing the poses. You also get modifications so you are able to follow even if it is challenging. I feel I am becoming a better teacher by following the live classes.

Do NOT purchase courses from these ripoffs I purchased a course bundle in November 2023, and never got access to the courses. I sent multiple emails and tried calling and leaving messages repeatedly, and they ignored every single one of my attempts to contact them for almost 4 months. I finally got a hold of someone at the end of February of 2024 who had the audacity to tell me he was out having dinner with his family at a restaurant and wasn’t going to solve the issue for me. It would still be a couple more weeks before they finally gave me a refund, but it was only a partial refund, which they justified by giving me access to one of the courses at that time, the end of February 2024, after I’d been trying to reach these scammers for almost 4 months, and they justified the partial refund saying that I now had access to the one course they just finally added to my dashboard. They’re unprofessional, the customer service is horrific, and they’re scammers.

There were a couple of times where I had difficulty logging in, and Ravi always answered my call and would talk to me over the internet and stayed on the phone with me until I resolved them. He is such a great and caring person.
