I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE White Tiger Qi… I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE White Tiger Qi Gong. The detail in the instruction is phenomenal! Like no other Qi Gong class or class of any kind for that matter. Every time I join live, listen to a class or read something I learn something new. The connection Tevia makes with the students is great. You definitely don't feel like you're in an online class. If you've ever trained in Qigong or martial arts you know teachers aren't generally warm and fuzzy. You also don't get most detail behind things. Tevia gracefully intertwines modern scientific analysis with these beautiful and powerful ancient teachings. I am so Grateful! When I started I was not in avoid place.. I had just closed my massage practice due to Covid and my entire being was wrecked from stress, arthritis, and chronic illness. I am so happy I found White Tiger Qigong! I am so happy I found White Tiger Qigong. The classes and teacher training I participated, and continue to participate in are just amazing...I could not ask for more. They are thorough and so well structured. I've had other Qigong training that was useful but all over the place. In contrast, this course (5 Element Teacher Training) included essential background so you understood the depth and meaning behind the movements - including Qigong philosophy and history, important elements of Taoism and the IChing, and the health benefits from both an Ancient Taoist and modern science perspective. I love the way the training teaches the movements in high quality videos, layering on deeper elements of those movements as you go to higher levels. The option of personal mentorship was hugely beneficial, and the live classes helped you feel connected to the group. I also feel more connected and aware of how my body works and how to manipulate the way energy, Qi, moves through my organs and fascial meridians so I can facilitate flow and clear stagnation. I now do Qigong everyday and am teaching classes, with a growing local following. I love the way the movements are taught - starting with body mechanics, moving to breath and kinetic chains, and finally to spirit. It has given me a great template to use when teaching students, layering on the subtleties as they practice and improve. I just love White Tiger Qigong and how it has changed my life! I am happier, more energized, and can easily transform emotions and manage my nervous system to cultivate the highest health and potential of my body and spirit.
