On a physical level, I joined the WTQG courses in my mid forties at an age where my body was changing and I didn’t have the flexibility or the ability I used to have as well as lower back and hip problems. Very soon I had no pain or discomfort and it keeps improving in time. Emotionally and mentally I was at a difficult stage - in time I started to feel more grounded, more connected. The WTQG instructors I had the luck to work with were patient, understanding and compassionate. Although we were involved in a physical modality, the transformation was holistic.
