I studied and worked a lot in IT I studied and worked a lot in IT, so I sit most of my time. I didn’t pay much attention to my health until I felt problems like pain in the neck and back because of constant sitting and not to mention frequent headache or migraines. I am already into dancing and yoga and healthy eating but I couldn't relieve the pain in my back and neck. So I started researching for ways to remedy the pain. Then I found Qigong! There are a lot of Qigong schools out there but one thing that draw me to White Tiger Qigong is the scientific approach! They teach you not just the oriental method but the science behind the practice. I love how White Tiger fused the ancient technique of healing that is in Qigong to a more scientific method that we can all understand!

After studying Chinese medicine in school, I found that their information was on point and really helped to integrate my previous knowledge with QiGong. I’ve completed their online 5 elements course and did the in person Vietnam training for the 5 animals. Master Tevia is the real deal when it comes to theory and practice. He passes on his knowledge and helps students tap into their maximum potential. Hard to beat the value that comes from a lifetime of health cultivation that one can learn. The 5 animal retreat was profound it… The 5 animal retreat was profound it was everything I could’ve hoped For and more, i experienced so much healing and recieved so much clarity after this retreat. I’m so grateful for the community , the teachers and of course tevia and his wealth of wisdom and his compassion and this way of life. , I look forward to continuing my journey with white Tiger in the coming days
