I didn’t pay much attention to my health until I felt problems like pain in the neck and back because of constant sitting and not to mention frequent headache or migraines. I am already into dancing and yoga and healthy eating but I couldn't relieve the pain in my back and neck. So I started researching for ways to remedy the pain. Then I found Qigong! White Tiger QiGong is Next Level White Tiger QiGong’s curriculum is simply next level. After studying Chinese medicine in school, I found that their information was on point and really helped to integrate my previous knowledge with QiGong. I’ve completed their online 5 elements course and did the in person Vietnam training for the 5 animals. Master Tevia is the real deal when it comes to theory and practice. He passes on his knowledge and helps students tap into their maximum potential. Hard to beat the value that comes from a lifetime of health cultivation that one can learn. My experience with White Tiger Qigong … My experience with White Tiger Qigong has been transforming in every kind of way. On a physical level, I joined the WTQG courses in my mid forties at an age where my body was changing and I didn’t have the flexibility or the ability I used to have as well as lower back and hip problems. Very soon I had no pain or discomfort and it keeps improving in time. Emotionally and mentally I was at a difficult stage - in time I started to feel more grounded, more connected. The WTQG instructors I had the luck to work with were patient, understanding and compassionate. Although we were involved in a physical modality, the transformation was holistic. The on-site trainings again offer a holistic experience of very comprehensive material delivered in the highest of standards by the master trainer as well as amazing environments.
