After studying Chinese medicine in school, I found that their information was on point and really helped to integrate my previous knowledge with QiGong. I’ve completed their online 5 elements course and did the in person Vietnam training for the 5 animals. Master Tevia is the real deal when it comes to theory and practice. Every time I join live, listen to a class or read something I learn something new. The connection Tevia makes with the students is great. You definitely don't feel like you're in an online class. If you've ever trained in Qigong or martial arts you know teachers aren't generally warm and fuzzy. You also don't get most detail behind things. Tevia gracefully intertwines modern scientific analysis with these beautiful and powerful ancient teachings. I am so Grateful! When I started I was not in avoid place.. I studied and worked a lot in IT I studied and worked a lot in IT, so I sit most of my time. I didn’t pay much attention to my health until I felt problems like pain in the neck and back because of constant sitting and not to mention frequent headache or migraines. My experience with White Tiger Qigong … My experience with White Tiger Qigong has been transforming in every kind of way. On a physical level, I joined the WTQG courses in my mid forties at an age where my body was changing and I didn’t have the flexibility or the ability I used to have as well as lower back and hip problems. Very soon I had no pain or discomfort and it keeps improving in time. Emotionally and mentally I was at a difficult stage - in time I started to feel more grounded, more connected. The WTQG instructors I had the luck to work with were patient, understanding and compassionate. Although we were involved in a physical modality, the transformation was holistic.
