I studied and worked a lot in IT I studied and worked a lot in IT, so I sit most of my time. I didn’t pay much attention to my health until I felt problems like pain in the neck and back because of constant sitting and not to mention frequent headache or migraines. I am already into dancing and yoga and healthy eating but I couldn't relieve the pain in my back and neck. So I started researching for ways to remedy the pain. Then I found Qigong! So you and your mates get to know each other and your Master, like if physically there, and with that warm atmosphere you get far better results that from an classic online course. I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE White Tiger Qi… I truly LOVE LOVE LOVE White Tiger Qi Gong. The detail in the instruction is phenomenal! Like no other Qi Gong class or class of any kind for that matter. Every time I join live, listen to a class or read something I learn something new. The connection Tevia makes with the students is great. You definitely don't feel like you're in an online class. If you've ever trained in Qigong or martial arts you know teachers aren't generally warm and fuzzy. You also don't get most detail behind things. Tevia gracefully intertwines modern scientific analysis with these beautiful and powerful ancient teachings. I am so Grateful! When I started I was not in avoid place.. I had just closed my massage practice due to Covid and my entire being was wrecked from stress, arthritis, and chronic illness. Being able to work at my own pace but still be held accountable has been so beneficial.. I have gradually been able to better my physical and mental state with these teachings..
