Ok but areas could be better! Many stores I shop with don’t even have or award points. The cost for a decent amount Giftcard is way too high. And now that it took me forever to earn enough points to even buy one (well over a year even with all the shopping I do and the surveys I take etc…), I still had to wait TWO Days to get awarded a giftcard that I purchased to be sent via email! That should’ve been sent immediately or at least within the same day!

It took a while to get the gift card… It took a while to get the gift card and it takes a long time to get enough points but other than that it was a good experience.

I ordered my gift cards through the rewards website I ordered my gift cards through the rewards program. For some reason it took a week to issue e-gift cards to me. I barely got the. In time for vacation. Otherwise, the program is worth using to save money on things we do every day.

I would be happier if my points were… I would be happier if my points were added to my account right away, rather than wait for customer service to give me the points. I am very happy wiith customer service responses.
