Ethan Rogers has been kind patient as well as helpful. When Ethan says he's going to do something he does it. He's always on time. If he scheduled something and he's not able to make it he will definitely call you or send you a text or email his communication skills are on point. GBI regret my partnership with this company I went through a lot of frustration dealing with this company. First, There is a lack of communication, to reach someone to hold them liable for work they say they are going to do. The time it took for them to accomplish task. Plus they didn’t honor their contract. I was sold on the upgrade; I was told the website was for a lifetime and they cancelled or lost my website after 3 years. No accountability from the collective team. Plus, they wanted me to purchase another website/domain after it was lost. I feel like I lost more time than was helpful to launch my book.
