GBCompany provides great support! Mikhail has been a pleasure to work with. He communicates quickly with answers and provides daily or weekly updates regarding your project. Graphic design artists do great work on your illustrations. They do nice work on your website design. Their editing staff and book layout team could use more experienced personnel; however, they work closely with you to support your vision.

GBAshley's First Camping Trip Ashley's First Camping Trip is a children's book describing a little girls first camping trip with her grandparents. This was my first experience with Excel Book Writing. Overall, I think Ethan Rogers did an outstanding job in helping to get my book published. As noted I give them a five star rating.

GBNot a pleasant experience My experience was great for two reasons. 1. A finished product that is beautiful and 2. Ethan Rogers who took over the project and brought it to fruition. The experience was not pleasant from the beginning. There were so many communication issues. Ethan was the only saving grace. It was he that stuck it out and helped me through all the issues.

GBDO NOT USE EXCEL DO NOT USE EXCEL! These people are useless. They mis-formatted the interior of my book in an egregious way such that the two-page spread illustrations were misaligned! Then they wanted to charge me a lot of money for them to fix their own mistake. They also suck at communicating, and most weeks they don't work on your project. They don't even open the file. Most of the 5-star reviews you see were coerced out their clients when their projects were going well, so keep that in mind when making a decision about where to put your money. *Addendum to original review* In Excel's response to me, they said "Upon reviewing your project, we found that all approvals were given for the formatting and layout, including the placement of two-page spread illustrations. However, we understand that sometimes preferences may change after publication..." My preferences never changed. Excel never showed me what that interior would look like in a printed version of the book. Turns out, the interior they created for me misaligned the two-page spreads. I thought I could trust Excel to do their job of formatting the interior of the book (after all, that is why I contracted them in the first place), but I was wrong. Whoops. Then they asked me for $300 to fix their own mistake.
