They have stayed in contact regularly and made the process easy. Their staff of editors and designers are excellent are instrumental in making my book, One Thing After Another and Then..., a success. Ethan Rogers has been kind patient as well as helpful. When Ethan says he's going to do something he does it. He's always on time. If he scheduled something and he's not able to make it he will definitely call you or send you a text or email his communication skills are on point. GBNot a pleasant experience My experience was great for two reasons. 1. A finished product that is beautiful and 2. Ethan Rogers who took over the project and brought it to fruition. The experience was not pleasant from the beginning. There were so many communication issues. Ethan was the only saving grace. It was he that stuck it out and helped me through all the issues.
