I Owe Some Stars On January 24, 2024, I rated the Guru service with a single star based on an unfortunate experience encountered. Prior to me posting the review, I did reach out to the Guru via email because my sole purpose was to just let them about my experience and nothing else. Unfortunately, I never got a response. I was taken aback by the Guru's response to my review. In the review and the email sent to the Guru, I did not mention any monetary concerns, as my frustration was not related to any financial matters. The Guru stated, this was my 5th complaint that I submitted. I will confirm it was. Why would anyone continue to use a service that does not meet expectations? This site doesn't allow for issuing two sets of star ratings for a review and that is why when I gave my review I made it very clear that my submission is not representative of how I feel about Casino Guru as a whole.
