Great Employees Make 4 A Winning day you asked for my opinion as it regards to the steakhouse at Majestic Star Casino....The entire staff is so friendly and engaging...Josh Bishop runs the steakhouse...he is so friendly and helpful with his entire staff making sure the flow in the dining room is smooth...the wait staff is so friendly and knowlegable as it pertains to the menu and what is good for the evening or not so good...the chef is engaging with the customers when time allows...the entire experience makes the steakhouse an integral part oft the overall gaming experience at the Majestic Star Casino....in a nutshell this steakhouse is a destination a person would choose even if they were not going to the casino...5 stars for quality of food and service....

So close to home! Great Food and Always a winning time. My mother and I often visit the buffet. Never have had a problem. All the employees are so nice and courteous. We look forward to eating there. There is always such a nice variety of food, always hot and good. And a good assortment of desserts. Always end up with an ice cream cone!

SLOTS DONT PAY OFF ENOUGH Loosen the Slots your not paying that much anyway your machines dont have that big of a payoff for a jack pot. announce when someone wins a jackpot we as players like to here it. change the buffet its been the same food for ever it seems try hamburgers or something like that bottom line listen to your PLAYERS were not happy we wont come there. it seems like you cleaned the place up but when you cant win it just doesnt help

Delicious extras keep me coming back! I love the extra touches they do at the Majestic a Star Steakhouse! From the warm bread served with garlic chive butter, to the lobster bisque soup with a sweet sherry whipped cream, they make my mouth water. The steaks are delicious; no need for extra sauces or rubs. If you don't have room for dessert, make sure you get the tiramisu to go. It was so yummy I tried to make some at home recently. The servers were attentive and very friendly. I always enjoy my dining there!

Majestic Star - Steak House, etc. The staff at the Steak House is personable, polite and professional. The food portions could be larger, but the taste of the food is usually quite good. I am not a beef eater, so there needs to be more non-beef choices. I ordered lobster on an earlier visit and it was tough. The elevator needs to be re-conditioned. There should be more window cashiers available. Drink service is dismal. Gladys is great. Machines are really tight. Drawings are not worth the suspense. Wait at Wings n Things too long. "Gifts" in no way measure up to those at Four Winds. But, I'll probably be back. I must be a glutton for punishment.
