Typical Casino A handful of friendly employees made the experience better but the overall feel was a typical casino...doesn't stand out from the rest. Offers are poor and keep declining despite increasing losses from each visit. Only the steakhouse has edible food that doesn't make your body suffer after you eat it. Cleanliness and air quality are below average and the casino floor looks very dated. An overhaul of the property and marketing campaigns needs to happen quickly or revenue will continue to shift to the competitors.

Awful experience. The Majestic has really gone down.The escalators have been broken for over a month,the chairs are so ragged and torn,the elevators stink.Good comp program but poor payouts.Slot attendants are great but other staff at cages and bars are rude and will ignore you if possible.I used to really look forward to going there but now only because it's convienient.If someone comes around I will go anywhere else.

Delicious extras keep me coming back! I love the extra touches they do at the Majestic a Star Steakhouse! From the warm bread served with garlic chive butter, to the lobster bisque soup with a sweet sherry whipped cream, they make my mouth water. The steaks are delicious; no need for extra sauces or rubs. If you don't have room for dessert, make sure you get the tiramisu to go. It was so yummy I tried to make some at home recently. The servers were attentive and very friendly. I always enjoy my dining there!

Have Been Quite Satisfied With My Multiple Experiences Over The Last 6 Months I am writing this review to let you know that, the majority of my experiences with gaming, eating, and customer service has been very nice. You give me 10 X's the bang for my buck that Hollywood Joliet ever gave me in the past 4 years of being a loyal Hollywood customer. Cardiovascular Workout The main issue I have had with my last few visits are the elevators being out for months (Not Weeks). Scraping the back of my legs walking down the stairs. Machine buttons often not working. The environment has poor ventilation so your breathing in dangerous second-hand smoke. Other than these issues I make the best of each visit and usually enjoy the evening.
