Having hard time registering I read about Biro casino on many affiliates sites and wanted to give it a shot. Registered without problem, but stuck on activation process. I did not recieve confirmation E-mail , despite my several requests to resend it. I wrote to support several times,, but never got response from them totally dead contact, No livechat, no response via email even in working days and no other means to contact them.. For me a player friendly casino should have it is support available when a player need help at least via email within short time . This casino have not passed my very importand and primary wish, that is why i give it 3/10 just for the nice and modren design and the variety of games. If you cannot communicate with custommer then what is the point of oppening casino after all. Edit: As for today mon 21, still no reply to my 5 messege. I will take it as the casino donnot want new custommer.
