GBPoor Service Order shoes that were not a fit, completed their return and exchange form for another pair. Called twice and 11 days later, they still can't tell me if they will send new shoes or provide a refund. Customer service on the phone cannot answer any questions on status. Forget supporting a local business and buy from Amazon. At least the product can be exchanged or returned with replacement shipped back on a timely basis.

GBVery unfortunate that you Iy use FedEx… Very unfortunate that you Iy use FedEx for returns as they are inconvenient for me to use. Too far. Better if you used ups. This will make me less likely to buy from you.
