The company is great!! The company is great, if you dont like something they give you time to return, and give you the paid label. Unlike other Tennis shops online, and the selection is always good for all types of tennis gear from shoes, balls, clothes, etc.. you name it they have it and good prices.

Poor Service Order shoes that were not a fit, completed their return and exchange form for another pair. Called twice and 11 days later, they still can't tell me if they will send new shoes or provide a refund. Customer service on the phone cannot answer any questions on status. Forget supporting a local business and buy from Amazon. At least the product can be exchanged or returned with replacement shipped back on a timely basis.
