GBPoor Service Order shoes that were not a fit, completed their return and exchange form for another pair. Called twice and 11 days later, they still can't tell me if they will send new shoes or provide a refund. Customer service on the phone cannot answer any questions on status. Forget supporting a local business and buy from Amazon. At least the product can be exchanged or returned with replacement shipped back on a timely basis.
