Good Variety, Timely Delivery, Fair Prices Pros: easy to navigate site, good prices, available inventory, accurate product descriptions, timely delivery as promised. Cons: running shoes appear to show up in filter results for tennis shoes, even if the tread/sole is not designed for tennis courts. Be watchful of types, don't assume. PS Nice surprise with the freebies in the shipment (mini flashlight, pen, sticky notes).

Poor Service Order shoes that were not a fit, completed their return and exchange form for another pair. Called twice and 11 days later, they still can't tell me if they will send new shoes or provide a refund. Customer service on the phone cannot answer any questions on status. Forget supporting a local business and buy from Amazon. At least the product can be exchanged or returned with replacement shipped back on a timely basis.
