Uninformed automated subscription - unprofessional Classes are good but they have an unprofessional automated subscription policy. I enrolled only on 3 months subscription but they automatically renewed it without my consent. I have been following up with Shvasa for 5 months now for my refund and finally I am forced to write this kind of a review. I never review any business negatively but I am left with no other choice but to caution future users to be aware of this when you enrol with Shvasa. Very unprofessional, when asked they mentioned you can pause and continue. While I don’t have an intention to continue there is no reason to pause. I wouldn’t like to pay for the service that I didn’t use. Totally dissatisfied.

Feeling energized, flexible, strong and happy I started taking Shvasa sessions around 5 months back, while I was going through a really difficult health issues due to weight gain. I started gaining weight post covid when I started working from home. I came to know about Shvasa from one of my friend when I explained her the issues I am going through. Though I am still work from home, I stopped gaining weight and also lost 8 kgs so far. Also, I could feel myself as more flexible, strong and energized to do my daily activities. Daily I am doing 1 hour of yoga session and 20 or 30 minutes Pranayama. So far I am very happy with Shvasa.

When I was looking for a Yoga online… When I was looking for a Yoga online platform, I came across multiple of such. I tried Shvasa for a week and really felt comfortable with the highly composed classes, skilful teachers and most importantly the flexible timings to fit into the busy personal schedules.
