CAFeeling energized, flexible, strong and happy I started taking Shvasa sessions around 5 months back, while I was going through a really difficult health issues due to weight gain. I started gaining weight post covid when I started working from home. I came to know about Shvasa from one of my friend when I explained her the issues I am going through. Though I am still work from home, I stopped gaining weight and also lost 8 kgs so far. Also, I could feel myself as more flexible, strong and energized to do my daily activities. Daily I am doing 1 hour of yoga session and 20 or 30 minutes Pranayama. So far I am very happy with Shvasa.
