Two different agent refused to let me speak to account manager and we’re rude to me. After much haggling they let me withdrawal $300 out $3500 (after more playing while waiting). If I had “verification issues” with AF department, why give me $300 anyway??? A couple days later cleared my account of the remainder without me knowing. They pretty much stole my money. And now refuse to answer me. Plus I picked up on when they changed their end date of tournament to 4 days away to 2 months away. What fraudsters! I have played and successfully withdrawn at more the 10 DAMA NV owned & operated casinos. This casino shames their name and should be removed.
