False Advertising and withdrawal issues It has been over 2 months since I deposited and withdrawn. I have previously deposited before the promotion intrigue me "no KYC needed" and "fast withdrawal" and next time i deposited and this time i won $4000 but now they keep telling me to wait for about two months i kept coming back and so after all the waiting, i can no longer login my account then they said i failed my kyc and told me to wait for their email or phone call. I waited more still no progress. But when i start chatting with the support but they are not responding to me. It was very easy to deposit, i deposited a total of 4 times at this casino but refusing to give my winnings.

I uploaded documents to the exact criteria. Yet they refused to pay me citing my documents. Rubbish. Spoke to support. Two different agent refused to let me speak to account manager and we’re rude to me. After much haggling they let me withdrawal $300 out $3500 (after more playing while waiting). If I had “verification issues” with AF department, why give me $300 anyway??? A couple days later cleared my account of the remainder without me knowing. They pretty much stole my money.
