The other thing I noted on the slots is your balance will go up or down before the reels stop . Takes your money but refuse to pay I would give minus figures if I could, they owe me 50 pounds and are saying my driver's licence is not clear enough and I cannot use NHS letters or bank statement which came from on line. This has been a fight for over a week and they are bad payers over 50 pound. These checks should be done before they take money if they need them done to pay out. This is the worst site I have ever used… This is the worst site I have ever used I have been waiting to be paid since December 31st 2023 & all now when I call them all they can tell me is I’m sorry you’ve been waiting so long but we don’t know why security is taking so long to verify this It’s beyond a joke now they are quick to take your money but when you win & make a withdrawal they block your account and Don’t pay… To top it off you sit in a queue for 40 minutes minimum and get nowhere on calls It’s not a little amount of money they owe me either😡 The gambling commission needs to get involved with this company.
