I tried to transfer 20 quid in my account and they took 40 ..that's fine.. but despite the payment going from my bank and its clearly in my deposit history in my energy bet account the money has never appeared in my account. Shame they were no issues prior to this. Customer service now asking for proof via my bank account however.. as explained 10 times in the last few days , I cannot send anything such as a screenshot due to security on the banking app. Also noticed they remove games a lot when it's clear they will be a goal scored. Which is rubbisb for me as I do 1st half goal inplays

I wouldn’t of even given this one star… I wouldn’t of even given this one star if I had s choice! This has to be the worst online sports betting site I have ever used. Signed up deposited £20 and spent the next HALF AN HOUR trying to place inplay bets. SLOW doesn't even cut it, missed out on four different bets landing cus it simply wouldn’t let me place the bet, just kept displaying a message saying “NONE IS A PIECE OF STRING” What dose that even mean! Honestly I’ve opened multiple online bookmakers accounts and taken advantage of most welcome offers but this one can just keep there bonus and the £20 I decided, it’s not worth it! I can only imagine what there customer service is like. Probably 3 guys sat in a shed in Malta!

Truly awful company Truly awful company. Nice colour scheme and pretty website is the best thing I can say about them. Website very clunky and frustrating. Chat just doesn't work. Preferences change as soon as you click on a different section i.e. fractional/decimal, time frame. Just avoid

Functionality is okay for a while Functionality is okay for a while, but if you take a few good value bets from their promos they ban you from doing more promos. They are basically hunting down customers who are unaware of value to eplot them. I don't like this as there are much better bookmakers out there. Avoid if you just wanna good bookie to bet with.
