SLOW doesn't even cut it, missed out on four different bets landing cus it simply wouldn’t let me place the bet, just kept displaying a message saying “NONE IS A PIECE OF STRING” What dose that even mean! Honestly I’ve opened multiple online bookmakers accounts and taken advantage of most welcome offers but this one can just keep there bonus and the £20 I decided, it’s not worth it! They then asked him to prove his identity by supplying various documents. He provided the documents and they kept rejecting them for minor reasons. For example they wanted a picture of him holding his passport in one hand, and a piece of paper with the days date. The picture had to have his face in too and the details on the passport be able to be read clearly. Anyone can imagine this would be a difficult shot to get on today's phones. Nevertheless he supplied all documents they asked for and replied to an email they sent him confirming his identity. After all that he finally verified his account and tried to withdraw his £50, at which point energybet cancelled his account and took his money. Absolute scam artists.
