They make it impossible to get your money, tried withdrawing then boom account blocked can't access my account at all, everyone I send a document then I need more it's not enough. Got robbed right in front of my eyes!!! I made a bet which was successfully confirmed, had good internet connection - the works. Luckily for me the bet came in and I should have won £750. Once the result came in the system had a glinch removed my higher bet and only paid out £51 to my horror I called immediately and the customer service is disgusting!!! The woman is rude, unhelpful and useless at her role. I spoke with the manager and he claims there is nothing that can be done - not even out of courtesy! I am appauled!
