Scam. Granted me a bonus that I didn't even want or ask for, then because I did what they don't want their customers to do, win, they refused to allow me to withdraw my £1000 winnings. This was despite me meeting the wagering demands of the bonus. Their reasoning was that betting on mainly red or black is somehow 'minimal risk' betting, even though the odds of you winning are slightly less than half. Waste of time, would never give this scam of a company the time of day again and will advise everyone against ever using them.

poor customer service I work for one of the top 10 best 100 companies to work for in the UK and this companies customer service is shocking. very unhelpful and did not have the slightest clue what was happening with the issues the website was having. Very happy to let you deposit funds and take your money but not pay the correct amounts for your winnings. this company needs a big improvement. lines and live chat waiting times shocking.
