I finally managed to get verification completed BUT now when doing the withdrawal, they cancelled it and requested additional documents. Like seriously. The withdrawal is 150 EUROS. I knew I had to place bets of at least 1.50 and was only able to withdraw 450 euro. When the money was turned over I had exactly 450 euro, so I verified my account and tried to withdraw.
