I finally managed to get verification completed BUT now when doing the withdrawal, they cancelled it and requested additional documents. Like seriously. The withdrawal is 150 EUROS. No large amount at all. And they start requesting selfie with ID, addition ID and stuff...like no. Enough is enough.
