Ignition Poker is not regulated Ignition is not regulated, clearly. I mean there are more times than not I can count losing having pocket AA's than not. I win 10X more at in person tournaments than I do on this platform. I have switched to other online poker due to the barriers I faced using ignition. I lost money due to their system shutting down and not getting a refund. If you do use ignition for online poker - make sure to have a recording feature or your phone nearby and record odd poker behavior as many are doing, as evidence for scams. I recommend to not use until their are a set of regulations and laws built into it. DO NOT USE!

I have fun playing I have fun playing. I get occasional free chips. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. I really only play slots. However their customer service could be better. They don’t go above and beyond to help, and it’s probably outsourced to another country.

And if by some miracle they do give u a bonus promo- it will be some convoluted tournament u will never be able to engage in -must register "230 AM on the 3rd Sunday w/ a full moon, etc...) Trust me, ANYYYY positive. reviews of this SCAM site, is 1 million % BOT generated by Ignition themselves! -Find a local Casino or underground game bc this site does NOT offer "POKER" or legit Casino games AT ALL! Any other online site u find will be same or 10X worse like America's Cardroom (OMG the worst + makes Ignition look like the Taj Mahal)!

CAUTION: Credit card scam - only use crypto for deposits I like the poker. Watch out with giving any credit card information. I tried to use my debit card and it said that it was not successful and that I should use bitcoin. I transferred some bitcoin and have played and everything has worked as it should. The thing is somebody got my debit card number when I attempted to use it and they attempted to make a $500 Withdrawal. Fortunately, my bank caught it and they rejected the charge. Only use crypto. It’s not hard to use. I’m 62 years old and I figured it out. I haven’t tried contacting the customer service for ignition yet, but I will say Bovado does not have customer service. They took some of my money and I was never able to talk to anybody, so I just left the money I had there and I’m not going to play anymore.
