CAUTION: Credit card scam - only use crypto for deposits I like the poker. Watch out with giving any credit card information. I tried to use my debit card and it said that it was not successful and that I should use bitcoin. I transferred some bitcoin and have played and everything has worked as it should. The thing is somebody got my debit card number when I attempted to use it and they attempted to make a $500 Withdrawal. Fortunately, my bank caught it and they rejected the charge. Only use crypto. It’s not hard to use. I’m 62 years old and I figured it out. I haven’t tried contacting the customer service for ignition yet, but I will say Bovado does not have customer service. They took some of my money and I was never able to talk to anybody, so I just left the money I had there and I’m not going to play anymore.

I sent two deposits I sent two deposits, one in the amount of 193.00 and another in the amount of 169.00 vis coinbase/Ethereum. Never had a problem using the same address I used earlier in the day. After contacting coinbase and they looked into, they tell me it was sent to ignition but in some wallet of some sort (not real sure what she meant). After chatting with someone in their website per request via email, the got nowhere and seemed like she just did not give a crap about the money I attempted the deposit. Infact the most disappointing thing while typing she closed the chat window.....highly recommend another URL for online casino....this place is an absolute joke. Update: ignition did find the issue on their end and the money was put in my account. I would like to thank whomever find the issue and was able to resolve it. I still am not sure what I did wrong. But thank you for fixing the problem.
