If it was possible to give 0 stars I… If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Customer service is appalling and the slots are ridiculous. Over £100 and not a single win nor bonus. The promotions are useless. I will be closing my account immediately and I would highly recommend not signing up. No loyalty here to customers.

Terrible and non-existent customer services Terrible and non-existant customer services. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only who has been neglected by William Hill. I initialy sent a complaint via the online Chat and was advised 'A Manager would look into it' After a few weeks, I chased this up and no response. After a month, I wrote in the Complaints email. I have chased this up serveral times, but 2 months down the line - not even one response from William Hill.
