Terrible and non-existent customer services Terrible and non-existant customer services. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only who has been neglected by William Hill. I initialy sent a complaint via the online Chat and was advised 'A Manager would look into it' After a few weeks, I chased this up and no response. After a month, I wrote in the Complaints email. I have chased this up serveral times, but 2 months down the line - not even one response from William Hill. Unfortunately I will have to take my complaint further to the Gamling Commisions - terrible customer service. Complaint Reference 210720-009988
