GBShocking shocking site..stayed away for few months then recieved a Email offering a free £10 an free spins so went to account, it did it but wouldnt let me play on games so went to live chat they said i had to deposit over a £1 to get the free bonus so its not free then is it ..took over over an half hour an a headach like trying get blood out stone getting passed from pillow to post tryng sort it ..should be looked in to sending false Email offers ..i read it an reread it nothing in the Email saying what they say ,,they never follow through any so called offers ever ..stay well away all lies the pomise things but when you get on the site not true they just want you to deposit while waiting for chat like being robbed

GBTerrible and non-existent customer services Terrible and non-existant customer services. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not the only who has been neglected by William Hill. I initialy sent a complaint via the online Chat and was advised 'A Manager would look into it' After a few weeks, I chased this up and no response. After a month, I wrote in the Complaints email. I have chased this up serveral times, but 2 months down the line - not even one response from William Hill. Unfortunately I will have to take my complaint further to the Gamling Commisions - terrible customer service. Complaint Reference 210720-009988
