You should remove false advertising if you are going to restrict people from using your offers. When the free bets and bonuses are taken away, it is clear that the company wants to encourage irresponsible gambling. Customer service is an absolute joke. I ask simple questions, and every single one of them copies and pastes the same phrases and typically the same replies. There was no answer to my questions.
