Great customer service! There was a glitch that occurred that caused an item I ordered to disappear after the person that delivered my item left. I immediately got in contact with live chat to let them know, and Hannah from Shortcake was incredibly kind enough to come back and deliver my item! They even brought me a few extra gifts for the trouble (though no trouble at all) and unknowing helped me complete a diy set I’ve been needing for forever! They were super kind and incredibly generous throughout the whole thing. 10/10 experience! Will definitely be ordering again :)

Amazing service! The delivery was extremely quick. Took about 2 minutes between placing the order and having a Nook Employee arrive on my island. The employee was extremely lovely, adorable outfit by the way, and they even included some generous gifts! This is my second time shopping with Nookmart, and it definitely won't be my last!
