AMAZING!!!! AMAZING!!!!! I BOUGHT SO MANY THINGS AND THEY WERE SO QUICK DELIVERING EVERYTHING. Not to mention how cute and cool it was to have another person on my island since I’ve never had anyone on my island before. Great customer service! There was a glitch that occurred that caused an item I ordered to disappear after the person that delivered my item left. I immediately got in contact with live chat to let them know, and Hannah from Shortcake was incredibly kind enough to come back and deliver my item! They even brought me a few extra gifts for the trouble (though no trouble at all) and unknowing helped me complete a diy set I’ve been needing for forever! They were super kind and incredibly generous throughout the whole thing. 10/10 experience! Will definitely be ordering again :)
