An amazing 1st experience :D I placed the order in the early AM's (UK time) and the staff were with me within 3 minutes, no exaggeration! I got all the items i bought, plus extras! Got a tonne of golden nuggets, nook miles tickets, and other stuff too. The visitor was super friendly, and even complimented my island 🥰

Great customer service! There was a glitch that occurred that caused an item I ordered to disappear after the person that delivered my item left. I immediately got in contact with live chat to let them know, and Hannah from Shortcake was incredibly kind enough to come back and deliver my item! They even brought me a few extra gifts for the trouble (though no trouble at all) and unknowing helped me complete a diy set I’ve been needing for forever! They were super kind and incredibly generous throughout the whole thing. 10/10 experience! Will definitely be ordering again :)
