First time gamer First time gamer. I had a very positive experience from the moment I chat to in game to after I have collected items. Not only I was well accommodated but they were willing to extend the hours for me to complete the island collection as I have a toddler with me. My husband was so nice to take over whilst I complete the islands (all catalogs and diys) because I want to still finish in time even if I was offered with extended time. All my questions were answered politely and their instructions/tips are very clear. I also love how they organized all the items on their island very neat and strategically well thought of. They generously give lots of extras! I love it lol I will use it again when we buy another switch! Oh and I had some hiccups trying to get their DoDo code work but they responded so quick and was able to resolve in one go! The best and highly recommended!!!!

I made a purchase and within 2 minutes… I made a purchase and within 2 minutes I received my order! Will definitely recommend to friends and purchase again!

I am SO happy this shop exists!! My first experience with The Nookmall was amazing and I won’t hesitate to come back again, or to recommend them to my friends! They were prompt in messaging me back after my purchase and very quick in coming to my island. They left my order, as well as some very generous gifts and were on their way quickly as well, leaving me to play with my new items and DIY’s. Thank you so much for saving me hours and hours of game time so I could get to the parts of the game I enjoy the most!

Friendly and patient My Switch had a communication error and they were patient while I got a second dodo code. Still arrived in under 5 minutes with my goodies and nice surprise gifts! I have already recommended them to my sister and will be back again!

This was literally so easy and so fast This was literally so easy and so fast. I made my purchase and messaged the necessary info. The reply said to please give them 5-10 minutes, but they were on my island 1 minute later!! I'll definitely be shopping here again.
