I recognize pre-orders can be hard to pin down for exact arrival, but I did not get any updates into the delays on my order until I called in. Meanwhile, a pre-order through another website kindly sent me an e-mail letting me know their order was not fulfilled and there would be a delay. Things like that really help to alleviate confusion and frustration.

My preferred online shop. Good company with the good pricing. Always gotten what I ordered from them packaged well. My only complaints are smaller orders sometimes take a day or two to ship, and they don't quite have consistent stocking on products for my preferred game but considering the scale of the shop and how aggressively it prices itself against competitors I can't really complain. The company encourages bulk orders of $75 or more and has a points system to encourage you coming back to them. It's my first choice when I look at ordering any table top game stuff online.

Great care to packaging Packing was excellent. I'm always nervous to purchase single packs of cards and even ETBs sometimes when shipping is involved so I'm pretty happy. Oddly enough, I only got three hits from 25 total packs. I expected more. I found it odd that packs I purchased on sale ended up having such a low amount of hits. Hoping others have a better experience!
