Reliable but Slow on this One Game Nerdz has always been reliable to me. This last project took TWO YEARS to get to me, though I don't know that your organization was responsible for that. However, I would have liked some communication about the delayed order. Rather, I had to keep inquiring about the delay, which happened several times, before I had any concrete information.

Fast shipping and good quality products Got my order within the time expected, was carefully packaged and sealed with bubble wrap for protection, products are in good condition and got some good pulls!

Good Stuff Fulfillment to Shipping process can be a little inconsistent, ranging from 1 to 3 days, but the packaging is top notch. I'm never worried about the product being damaged. Only thing I have a minor gripe about is the reward points. I know it's free, but it feels a bit stingy, as I've shopped multiple times on the site, yet have only redeemed the $5 reward once. Feels like y'all can be a bit more generous (I know it is all free; just doesn't really feel all too much rewarding for shopping consistently with you guys).

Amazing expirience Amazing experience - the package arrived on time, and was safely packed; however, one of the items was slightly damaged on the outside (but everything else was safe). The interior of the package was filled out with bubble wrap, and none of the items were open (all of them were in their original packaging, and it did not look like someone was messing with it). In general, I had no issues with the package, and all of the items arrived safely at my doorstep.
