Great performance, especially compared to another heavily advertised yet underwhelming service (which I've used for years but only now realized how underwhelming their service is). Also, DedicatedMC's ticket system on discord is genius and works great. Had them for about 2 or 3 months if I remember correctly, only stopped since I didn't need the server anymore. I can't recommend them enough, so much so I made an account just to be able to leave a review. Thanks to all the support agents who've helped me out throughout my time with y'all, made the experience so much smoother for me and my friends who were using it!

Insanely Great Been a customer for over a year of this insane team and been an admin of different servers hosted on their platform. Services are really great for the price and customers service via Discord is insanely great ! These people got your back, whatever your problem is ! Prices are low for a complete panel with SFTP access to your dedi. You can also access to your panel via mobile which is really a game changer.

Good Server Hosting It's what you'd expect from a good server host. The server performance is good even with the budget options, though some optimization mods may be required with any mods. The community and support is excellent and quick. I haven't experienced any downtime, and the staff seem to be pretty quick at resolving server issues since they report whatever servers that are down in the Discord. It's a good option for your Minecraft server needs for affordable servers for small to medium communities.

Quick help with the most difficult problems Just got a server a couple of weeks ago from this provider. Very nice overlay. everything that you need to know about hosting can be found in video's, forums and guides troughout the dedicatedmc site. Had some problems with setting things up and asked for help in their create-ticket lobby on Discord and within seconds someone is there to help and provide support with even the most difficult questions. They take time to help and will provide help until the problem is fully solved. Thanks so much to the support agents for all the problems they solved.

Excellent performance at a fair price I recently spun up a heavily modded server (~300 mods) for some friends and we previously were on another hosting service (starts with a b, ends with a t), and after switching to DedicatedMC the change in performance is night and day. For a near identical price point, we've gone from severe TPS drops the moment more than two players join the server to a stable 20 across the board with upwards of eight. This largely comes from better CPU hardware and having a dedicated core, something that this company offers at a much more reasonable price point compared to competitors. If you want to run a heavyweight modpack, this is the host I'd recommend after prior experiences. I haven't had so much as a single hitch since the switch.
