Had some problems with setting things up and asked for help in their create-ticket lobby on Discord and within seconds someone is there to help and provide support with even the most difficult questions. Excellent performance at a fair price I recently spun up a heavily modded server (~300 mods) for some friends and we previously were on another hosting service (starts with a b, ends with a t), and after switching to DedicatedMC the change in performance is night and day. For a near identical price point, we've gone from severe TPS drops the moment more than two players join the server to a stable 20 across the board with upwards of eight. This largely comes from better CPU hardware and having a dedicated core, something that this company offers at a much more reasonable price point compared to competitors. If you want to run a heavyweight modpack, this is the host I'd recommend after prior experiences. I haven't had so much as a single hitch since the switch.
