Best Support Team I've Ever Seen You definitely get your money's worth with the server performance, but the support team is really where this company shines. Their support team has been more helpful, and faster to respond than any other company I've ever interacted with. And that's not just including other server hosts. I honestly can't recommend this hoster enough.

Excellent hosting choice for modded servers. The pricing is a little high, but overall worth it given the specs, customization and great customer service. This was my first time paying for a hosting service, and after some research I decided to look at this one. Though not as well known as Shockbyte, there are many good reviews for DedicatedMC. The community is friendly, and the staff and owner are nice. I paid $37 AUD for a "premium" server, and they have their own panel/interface to setup everything. Customer service was helpful and responsive and they helped me setup a heavily modded server. Everything was setup within an hour, after they helped me though the steps. Despite 50-60 mods being installed, the server went up in around 30 seconds. I can maintain a constant 5-bar connection in game with very good ping and no lag whatsoever.

DedicatedMC rocks We were using shared hosting before switching to DedicatedMC. Our previous host left us high and dry with almost 36 hours of downtime. We then searched for a new provider, and found DedicatedMC. Their support is 10/10, fast replies, and extreme professionalism! Fantastic hosting services, need not look further I have used many hosting services throughout the years and have always had problems with them. As soon as I started with DedicatedMC I never looked for another one. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and every issue I have they solve within minutes, and quite often my issues have nothing to do with their service but a problem I created on my own. They are very quick to reply to their tickets and have very good products. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Can't recommend enough, great customer service Been with DediMC a good few years now. If I'm ever in need of a server for me and friends it's an easy choice. The plans are decently priced and locations are good. We play bigger modpacks so often make use of the Premium Server. A dedicated core, 8GB of RAM and up to date hardware for $24 is great. The best part of DediMC though has to be the customer service. I've found their discord to be amazing. One click to open a ticket and I've had responses in seconds, always friendly and happy to help whether it be for billing, upgrades or whatever. Can't recommend enough.
