Their support team has been more helpful, and faster to respond than any other company I've ever interacted with. And that's not just including other server hosts. Great Service Every Question i have had has been answered and handled in a polite speedy fashion. the console is pretty easy to use and i have had 0 issues with the server going down and very little lag for a server having around 10 players on at once normally.

The community and support is excellent and quick. I haven't experienced any downtime, and the staff seem to be pretty quick at resolving server issues since they report whatever servers that are down in the Discord. It's a good option for your Minecraft server needs for affordable servers for small to medium communities.

Very nice overlay. everything that you need to know about hosting can be found in video's, forums and guides troughout the dedicatedmc site. Had some problems with setting things up and asked for help in their create-ticket lobby on Discord and within seconds someone is there to help and provide support with even the most difficult questions. Fantastic hosting services, need not look further I have used many hosting services throughout the years and have always had problems with them. As soon as I started with DedicatedMC I never looked for another one. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and every issue I have they solve within minutes, and quite often my issues have nothing to do with their service but a problem I created on my own.
