Great Service Every Question i have had has been answered and handled in a polite speedy fashion. the console is pretty easy to use and i have had 0 issues with the server going down and very little lag for a server having around 10 players on at once normally.

The support via Discord and the community there are really great, and it makes asking questions very easy and comfortable.

The plans are decently priced and locations are good. We play bigger modpacks so often make use of the Premium Server. A dedicated core, 8GB of RAM and up to date hardware for $24 is great. The best part of DediMC though has to be the customer service. I've found their discord to be amazing. One click to open a ticket and I've had responses in seconds, always friendly and happy to help whether it be for billing, upgrades or whatever. Can't recommend enough.

Best Support Team I've Ever Seen You definitely get your money's worth with the server performance, but the support team is really where this company shines. Their support team has been more helpful, and faster to respond than any other company I've ever interacted with. And that's not just including other server hosts.
