Great Service Every Question i have had has been answered and handled in a polite speedy fashion. the console is pretty easy to use and i have had 0 issues with the server going down and very little lag for a server having around 10 players on at once normally.

Support was very professional, and my refund was processed very fast. They also had very useful server optimization tips/tools, but that doesn't negate the 16-18 tps IDLE that i got.
