Bad. Cheap. Bad. I would say you get what you pay for, but where dedicatedmc gives 2014-era xeon chips, pebblehost gives i7-7700k for cheaper. Support was very professional, and my refund was processed very fast. They also had very useful server optimization tips/tools, but that doesn't negate the 16-18 tps IDLE that i got.

Can't recommend enough, great customer service Been with DediMC a good few years now. If I'm ever in need of a server for me and friends it's an easy choice. The plans are decently priced and locations are good. We play bigger modpacks so often make use of the Premium Server. A dedicated core, 8GB of RAM and up to date hardware for $24 is great. The best part of DediMC though has to be the customer service. I've found their discord to be amazing. One click to open a ticket and I've had responses in seconds, always friendly and happy to help whether it be for billing, upgrades or whatever. Can't recommend enough.

Insanely Great Been a customer for over a year of this insane team and been an admin of different servers hosted on their platform. Services are really great for the price and customers service via Discord is insanely great ! These people got your back, whatever your problem is ! Prices are low for a complete panel with SFTP access to your dedi. You can also access to your panel via mobile which is really a game changer.

Fantastic hosting services, need not look further I have used many hosting services throughout the years and have always had problems with them. As soon as I started with DedicatedMC I never looked for another one. I've been a customer for over 3 years now and every issue I have they solve within minutes, and quite often my issues have nothing to do with their service but a problem I created on my own.
