The community and support is excellent and quick. I haven't experienced any downtime, and the staff seem to be pretty quick at resolving server issues since they report whatever servers that are down in the Discord. Very nice overlay. everything that you need to know about hosting can be found in video's, forums and guides troughout the dedicatedmc site. Had some problems with setting things up and asked for help in their create-ticket lobby on Discord and within seconds someone is there to help and provide support with even the most difficult questions. Great Service Every Question i have had has been answered and handled in a polite speedy fashion. the console is pretty easy to use and i have had 0 issues with the server going down and very little lag for a server having around 10 players on at once normally.
