Mostly Positive Positive: it worked (heck, it was one digital purchase. I didn't see an actual shop, interact with employees etc.) Negative, and I removed a star because of it: "Login through Steam" didn't do anything. If you're not supporting it, don't put it on your webpage. Negative: you don't need my address. I gave you "mostly fake" data, so the country/region is correct while everything else is not.

Great store I'm satisfied with the service, but two things prevent from giving 5 stars. I wasn't able to use my browser of choice (Brave) because I couldn't accept cookies to continue. Also, I couldn't use my preferred mail domain for some reason. Keep it up.

Pretty disappointing preorder experience and poor support Preordered Dragon's Dogma 2 from Allyouplay because they had the deluxe edition advertised at the best price on a deals site. Page for the game said you would get key on release date at a specific time (March 22 at 01:00 CET). Time came and passed and still no game key but the game is available to buy everywhere else. Their advertised "day and night" support system is an empty discord server where the bot that deals with support tickets returns an error because there are too many tickets in the queue. The only other people on there talking are confused people about why they haven't gotten their orders yet. Definitely would not recommend. There is a lot of competition in the PC gaming keys market and this one is one of my first bad experience. Not only you don't get what you paid for but support is nonexistent.
