The AllYouPlay staff knew about issues with their game key provider not providing keys instantly, but rather having delays up to days (per their support chat on Discord). While they knew about this issue, they still continued allowing customers to buy and ultimately go through with sales that wouldn't be rendered delivered instantly, which instant delivery is the typical norm for a game key storefront and is expected as such. The support chat was straightforward with me about my options, either I wait for the key to arrive or get a refund. They didn't dance around the issue, but they also put no safeguards whatsoever to inform me about the issue prior to purchasing. In the past, I've had no such problems, but this can put a real bad taste in someone's mouth. UPDATE: Received the key pretty much the next day/when I woke up. Adding a star but still pretty upset that they let me purchase something while their key delivery system wasn't working properly.

Pretty disappointing preorder experience and poor support Preordered Dragon's Dogma 2 from Allyouplay because they had the deluxe edition advertised at the best price on a deals site. Page for the game said you would get key on release date at a specific time (March 22 at 01:00 CET). Time came and passed and still no game key but the game is available to buy everywhere else. Their advertised "day and night" support system is an empty discord server where the bot that deals with support tickets returns an error because there are too many tickets in the queue. The only other people on there talking are confused people about why they haven't gotten their orders yet. Definitely would not recommend. There is a lot of competition in the PC gaming keys market and this one is one of my first bad experience. Not only you don't get what you paid for but support is nonexistent.
