Order mishap results in Partial Refund and one happy customer Due to failed Paypal Order - it ended up with me buying the game without the discount (I didn't know that was gonna happen) Reached out to Support and they said they would refund the 10% discount. Need to rate 5 stars for that.

Consistent Update (03/25/24): Upon discussing the delay with the Support Team through email and Discord, I realized that it was not solely on their side. They tried to fix the situation as best as possible, so I changed my review because they have been consistent in trying to deliver their services. Old review: Inconsistent, The game I ordered was supposed to be released at 01:00 CET, which is 07:00 PM where I live. I tried contacting Support and went on Discord, but there was still no reply. After purchasing a key two weeks ahead of time, does a person need to buy one on release day? Isn't there an automatic system to activate the key? I don't understand and find it hard to rely on a system that is inconsistent with the delivery of its service. I'll wait for my key, but I suspect I won't use Allyouplay in the future. Not with this kind of expectation.

Even though pre-order game was released… Even though pre-order game was released 4hours ago , no one got the game codes ; also admins on AYP discord are just puppet , ignoring peoples message and whenever we ping them , they just disappear. edit ** Have contacted them for refund and they responded me within a day . they issued me a refund without any problem. +2 stars

Did not deliver product on time. Did not deliver product on time. Support also does not respond in a timely fashion. Discord admins deleting channels where folks are discussing issues. Edit: Refund process went smoothly and I got a discount code for the inconvenience. +2 stars

Great store I'm satisfied with the service, but two things prevent from giving 5 stars. I wasn't able to use my browser of choice (Brave) because I couldn't accept cookies to continue. Also, I couldn't use my preferred mail domain for some reason. Keep it up.
