The AllYouPlay staff knew about issues with their game key provider not providing keys instantly, but rather having delays up to days (per their support chat on Discord). While they knew about this issue, they still continued allowing customers to buy and ultimately go through with sales that wouldn't be rendered delivered instantly, which instant delivery is the typical norm for a game key storefront and is expected as such. The support chat was straightforward with me about my options, either I wait for the key to arrive or get a refund. They didn't dance around the issue, but they also put no safeguards whatsoever to inform me about the issue prior to purchasing. In the past, I've had no such problems, but this can put a real bad taste in someone's mouth. UPDATE: Received the key pretty much the next day/when I woke up. Adding a star but still pretty upset that they let me purchase something while their key delivery system wasn't working properly.

Preorder key was available as soon as release I pre-ordered The Tomb Raider remastered key. It didn't show up under "show key "( or whatever this key resellers websites button for that) I thought it would give me a key that would show up on steam as the game was pre-ordered. But I checked back an hour or so after the game was available and there was the key in the interface and steam accepted it.

Great store I'm satisfied with the service, but two things prevent from giving 5 stars. I wasn't able to use my browser of choice (Brave) because I couldn't accept cookies to continue. Also, I couldn't use my preferred mail domain for some reason. Keep it up.
