Disappointed First, I have to say that the sale pricing was very good! And my order was packed well and nothing was damaged. But, it took about 2 weeks to receive my order, which isn't necessarily unreasonable, but not completely common for an online order in this day and age. And, more importantly, my third issue was receiving the wrong item. I ordered a Spongebob t-shirt/pocket pop combo but received a Toy Story alien shirt/pocket pop combo instead. After reaching out, I was advised that the Spongebob combo was out of stock and that I'd be getting a refund for it instead. This was extremely disappointing because that was the one thing I really, really wanted from that order.

Poor customer service and stupid policies Cancelled a pre-order long before anything had to be done with it and they still charged a 15% cancellation fee. "It's policy" they said and wouldn't budge. Scumbag move. Also, found out too late, they have a "F" rating on better business bureau and lots of poor reviews elsewhere. Do a search. No idea why this site rates them so high.

Very long Wait Times for Preorders The wait time for pre-orders is way too long. I pre-ordered a bundle set over 1yr ago and never received notification or updates from TMHS. It wasn't until i reached out and spoke to someone with customer service did the bundle miraculously just arrive. Shipment was very fast though once confirmed. Not sure if i will ever preorder again but may buy in stock items.

Shipped very well, arrived in mint condition! The Funko Pops I bought were shipped incredibly well in protectors with plenty of bubble wrap! They arrived in mint condition. I've had some bad experiences lately with pops I've ordered from other sites, so I REALLY appreciate when they are shipped with care. I would definitely order from The Mighty Hobby Shop again.

Amazing service I ordered 12 funko pops. Mighty Hobby shipped them immediately and all 12 arrived in great condition and in protective cases. Unlike many other companies, it is clear that they take pride in their job and customer satisfaction is important to them.
