I was promptly helped with a preorder… I was promptly helped with a preorder that has taken time to be shipped but was explained the reasoning why and also a time frame of when the completed package would be shipped. The best thing for me was there ability to be able to ship off what they had in stock of my bundle, i graciously decided to wait for the entire bundle because it would be so much sweeter to have them all in one shot. But great customer service and great attention to customer issues with reasonable solutions and answers.

They came in great packaging bubble… They came in great packaging bubble wrapped and everything. Both pops in pristine condition which is amazing because Amazon is a multibillion dollar company that can’t even have bubble wrap around there products so overall imma give this a 10/10

Very long Wait Times for Preorders The wait time for pre-orders is way too long. I pre-ordered a bundle set over 1yr ago and never received notification or updates from TMHS. It wasn't until i reached out and spoke to someone with customer service did the bundle miraculously just arrive. Shipment was very fast though once confirmed. Not sure if i will ever preorder again but may buy in stock items.

This is a scam funko site This is a scam funko site. I had placed 2 orders with this site, one in June 2023 and one in November 2023. I never received my stuff for either, ive reached out numerous times after i was supposed to get my refund for my June order and i still have not received my money nor a response. Opened disputes for both orders, waiting on my money back.
