Skillz took my money by closing my account without my permission! I was enjoying these games UNTIL Skillz cancelled my account for NO REASON that made any sense. I didn’t violate any terms like they said. I asked for an explanation and they couldn’t give me a valid reason. All my money & tickets are gone now (luckily not a lot of money though, but what if there was)! I do NOT recommend this company unless you want to get ripped off of your hard earned money and get horrible customer service from people like Laina & Gab!

I did a $100 + 30 bonus deposit. On that deposit I played $870 worth on buyins and paid $134 in rake. Support gives no answers on why their ranking system is hidden and no answer on why their is no separate level for events and bracket play.
