ITS A SCAM Been on app for 2-3 years after multiple crashes and aborts due to “connectivity” issues then finally refusing to refund for crashes due to there app so called glitches is just a way for them to steal your money and refuse refund. It’s a scam. Who governs these people? Who do you file complaint to get money back? Free games don’t ever crash

Very bad customer service Games are fun enough but withdrawing money once you begin to turn a profit is a complete joke. They drag their feet and only provide canned response to inquiries about your payment. Some of the customer service people seem to take great pleasure in pushing your buttons. It’s a terrible company to deal with. Seems like such a simple formula. You win, they pay. They clearly either have money issues or culture issues or both. I was then matched up with higher skilled players. Again I lost. You will never win. They call this fair. You are matched according to skill instead of randomly. Can you imagine this taking place at a blackjack table? The app takes money for each game that's played. The way they match will assure that you never win. If you do, they charge a fee to cash out.
