Class Action Lawsuit anyone? I am considering trying to bring a class action lawsuit against Skillz for their flawed matching system. I was continually matched with opponents I could not beat. I understand that I may suck, but why keep pairing me with players after theyve beaten me 6 times in a row? Has anyone had similar experiences? I'd like to expose Skillz and see them pay for their malfeisance.

Constant “bugs” in games. They advertise the potential to earn a side income while the truth is that 98% of all players just lose. I’m shocked that these mobile apps are legal.
