GBI’m very happy with the service that… I’m very happy with the service that was provided. At first I was skeptical because it is “piloted” which means they log on to your character but the customer service agent was great and very responsive. I would easily use this service again!

GBI have been using Lepre for several… I have been using Lepre for several years, I love playing but don't always have time to get a toon ready to go. I recently purchased a leveling and gearing package, the leveling went smooth as always but the gearing fell apart. They could not find a team willing to take on the gearing. This is where they went above and beyond to make it right. They set me up with multiple M+ runs at no additional cost to get the gear needed to bring the toon up to a function ilvl. At the end of the agreed on number of M+ runs the toon was still woefully under my request ilvl. So they took me on more M+s, then filled the toons missing slots with BOEs to bring the ilvl up to where it needed to be. All of this at no additional charge to me. These guys are awesome.
