After 6 years! I'm not exactly sure what changes have been made. But in the last 6 years this group of boosters has had absolutely great service and I've never bothered looking into any other provider. The last two orders have been definitely below the bar. As a matter of fact, im still awaiting the completion of my last order. Been told time of completion twice, and they haven't hit those times. I'm still optimistic and would hate to change services because of just a couple instances, but its not the same quality of service that has been received in the past. I'm hoping they sort things out and get back to the 5 star service I know they are capable of.

Absolutely the best service I have used… Absolutely the best service I have used in years. They check availability and set a schedule before you even place the order if you use the service chat. Ensuring they can meat your needs without slowing your own gaming time. For me, they scheduled the service for what was most convient, notified when they started and finished. Used discord, to communicate progress during the service. I couldn't be happier with what I received. Far better than 3 other service providers I have used in the past. Thumbs up!!

I have been using Lepre for several… I have been using Lepre for several years, I love playing but don't always have time to get a toon ready to go. I recently purchased a leveling and gearing package, the leveling went smooth as always but the gearing fell apart. They could not find a team willing to take on the gearing. This is where they went above and beyond to make it right. They set me up with multiple M+ runs at no additional cost to get the gear needed to bring the toon up to a function ilvl. At the end of the agreed on number of M+ runs the toon was still woefully under my request ilvl. So they took me on more M+s, then filled the toons missing slots with BOEs to bring the ilvl up to where it needed to be. All of this at no additional charge to me. These guys are awesome.
