Well first of all we had ordered over… Well first of all we had ordered over $250 worth of fish! They where all late getting here. When the fish arrived two or three of the cichlids had white things all over them I think it was ick, that was on the fish. All of the cichlids and plecostomus has all died within the first two weeks the fish that I had in there before we got the new fish cichlids we're all doing okay had no problems, the tank has been established for over 2 years, so there should be no problem with that tank.. I had ordered three discus for my husband's tank and they all died within the first couple of days his tank has been established for over 4 years and has other fish in it and has no problems. You think that when you pay $39.99 for one fish that you would get something healthy not diseased... I doubt the fish store will do anything about it. I wouldn't buy fish from them again... Thanks a lot fish store.

Great customer service Great quality African Cichlids! I was very impressed with how well they were packaged up as well and the delivery was so fast! I also really liked how helpful the staff was. Especially when some of my fish perished only a few days after purchase. They refunded my money!

I’ve ordered multiple times from the IFish store .I’ve ordered all seasons of the year and never had one problem, my fish were delivered on time they were packaged exceptionally well. The fish at the IFish store always come healthy and happy after acclimating them there are no issues ever ,they eat right away. I’ve never had a fish die. In fact I still have them all. Everybody at the fish store that I have talked to is kind and courteous, and very intuitive of all the fish there, if you have any questions they, have answers I recommend the fish store to anybody looking for a beautiful fish at a good price. This store is perfect This store was amazing their email after purchase was full of information for what would happen from start to finish. We ordered 18 fish and only lost casualty moving them to the new tank. And now our 2 electric blue Acaras are laying eggs and lost one more fish to them protecting their eggs but all in all we have no complaints. In fact this will probably be our permanent fish store.
