PACKING I like the shipping, well packed, fast shipping. The only thing is that none of the fish were labled what they were. I had alot of fish and was putting them in different ponds so I had to guess what they were.

I’ve ordered multiple times from the IFish store .I’ve ordered all seasons of the year and never had one problem, my fish were delivered on time they were packaged exceptionally well. The fish at the IFish store always come healthy and happy after acclimating them there are no issues ever ,they eat right away. I’ve never had a fish die. In fact I still have them all. Everybody at the fish store that I have talked to is kind and courteous, and very intuitive of all the fish there, if you have any questions they, have answers I recommend the fish store to anybody looking for a beautiful fish at a good price. Valerie was a Customer Service ROCK STAR!!! Valerie called to let me know one of the items was not available, quickly and easily substituted another one. Also, we identified a problem with their web interface, and she invoiced me for one fish I hadn't paid for in the initial order. She reached out again when my order was unavoidably delayed, and stayed in touch until it arrived. I ordered a dozen little discus, and every one of them arrived alive and well (and are still alive today, several weeks later after acclimating to their new home). I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied, and I will certainly return when/if I ever need to order more fish. THANK YOU Valerie, and all, for a most pleasant experience!
