First time customer First time customer - registered new account and added games to cart. Checkout gave me an error with Paypal. Tried a few times, and logged in/out a couple of times as well in case it was a registration issue. No dice. My opinion regarding this "new" (for me) site was pretty low right then, but I tried giving support a chance. I submitted a complaint, and within 5 minutes received a reply saying "Fixed issue, try now". Went back to cart, and checked out with no problem - then IMMEDIATELY went to Steam and activated the keys with no issue whatsoever. Thanks GameBillet!

Fantastic experience I purchased some games and had issues with some of the game key activations. The customer support offered by Denis has been one of the best. Fantastic Customer Support I bought A Total War Saga: Troy - Ultimate Edition 6 days before the final DLC is planned to be released (Dec. 14). The steam code wasn't working because the last DLC was the limiting factor of the code's availability. Denis from the customer support team spent an hour brainstorming with me thinking of ways to help redeem the code. After several tries and a clever solution later, I was able to redeem the code(s). If not for Denis' fast and constant updates/feedback, the experience would've been awful. Thanks for the fantastic customer support Denis.

All of the games on Gamebillet store… All of the games on Gamebillet store are crap. They’re either war games with incredible noise and way too much screen agitation, or they’re for children with artwork so bad it’s unbelievable. There’s no pleasant games to relax with; word games, etc. It’s all crap. It’s gender oppressive, age oppressive, and a total rip off. It contributes nothing good to anybody and quite a bit of violence and stupidity that’s destructive.
