Very dedicated to their customers I recently placed my first order with Raiditem and, while we got off to a rough start with a misunderstanding in the initial ordering process leading to the wrong character ending up with the item I'd ordered, we were able to sort things out. The staff was very attentive to me as a customer and wanted to ensure that I came away from the experience satisfied, taking time out of their schedule to farm a second mount on the correct character for me to ensure everything was squared away.
