Hello everyone Hello everyone. I would like to share my experience with Raiditem with all of you. I have been using Raiditem's services for the Word of Warcraft game for about 8 months. I have nothing but good comments to make about them. They are professional, they follow up well with their customers, they offer me help with questions about the game to which I cannot find a solution, the email reports are very precise. Despite my handicap of not knowing how to master English and having several hours of time difference, we always manage to get along so that everything works perfectly. Please, for the love of god, don't talk about RMT in game! Service was great... until the provider started blatantly talking about our "Transaction" IN THE GAME CHAT. For future reference, don't do that, thanks.

I placed an item for 10* Netherclusters… I placed an item for 10* Netherclusters to use in Legion. It stated the items would be delivered in-game via mail or character trade. I got an email stating the items were not transferable between players and that I needed to give them my login details to get them. I contacted them on discord and asked why suddenly they needed my login information and they just repeated what they said above, that it couldnt be traded etc, and then they said that its an item that isnt valuable anymore so theyll give me other stuff instead... to which i said i bought it for a reason... then they repeated that it couldnt be traded again and they needed my login and i stated that I just bought 1 on the AH so can they put it on there and ill get it... 1 minute later they responded that the items would be mailed to me in a few hours... a few hours passed and I got my items... why all the bother about needing my login details? Very suspicious...

I've gotten items from them yet again I've gotten items from them yet again, and everything always arrives in a timely fashion. I would never give my business to anyone else. I will continue to shop here. Great prices and customer service is unmatched!
