Bravo~~ GameBaz is my favorite game shop. This company has a very broad collection of imported video games. Doubtlessly it is the best place for hard to find retro Japanese games. I can always find the old Japan games I want here. Every time when I send them questions the staffs replies are always polite, friendly, and helpful. About the shipping wait time, from what I was told from its staffs is that it has many warehouses for its collection of products and it usually take a few days to retrieve the stock from warehouses before it will be shipped out, and I have no complain on this at all. A highly recommended shop for retro Japan game lovers!

This would be the 3rd time i order products from Japan, but i have to say i was very impressed. The service was awesome, the selection was incredible, and the service excellent! I contacted customer service as well, and i got my question answered in a timely manner and the host was extremely polite. If i need anything else they have, i won't even hesitate to use them again.
