KHThe support is bad the support is just so slow and respond just to respond. if you think you don't need support please think twice because I can't unzip my files on there panel and I need them to do it for me but the support took 5 hours to replay and the respond is useless they basically say click Unarchive even tho it not working. i tried discord and everything no respond.

GBOverall Experience Meng was really helpful and went out of his went to assist me with my problem. Similarly all other staff members share this behaviour which is what I really appreciate. Given 4 stars as everything is perfect except the fact that there's no downtime notification and customers are left to figure out the problem themselves. It would be great to have better downtime notifications.
