Incredible Customer Support I just received some support regarding server payments (to keep it vague), and am actually really impressed with their level of support. Actually top tier. Really happy with my decision to go with Witherhosting. (Note: It was 12:30am EST when I received instant support, which blew my mind.)

Flawless Flawless. Never had an issue once. Support are always there and help with installing plugins and just great at answering questions. Affordable. Got more than double the RAM and a much better CPU than my last server provider (which costed more). Would recommend.

The support is bad the support is just so slow and respond just to respond. if you think you don't need support please think twice because I can't unzip my files on there panel and I need them to do it for me but the support took 5 hours to replay and the respond is useless they basically say click Unarchive even tho it not working. i tried discord and everything no respond.

Amazing support enternally grateful to decent60 for saving our sanity and the server (multiple times) 😭 even went out of their way to teach/send us helpful information about running a server (we still dont know how flags work 💀) we are so sorry for all the trouble we caused you at weird hours. you are tsmp's favourite (along with vijay ofc). - TSMP admins
