GBDev is kinda lazy This host is basically a one-man operation headed by the owner, Kevin. Kevin will be aware of a bug for up to months at a time without fixing it. He rarely makes updates/fixes to the Pufferfish+ server.jar (at least not at the same rate as competing server softwares). He also has promised features that are still yet to be added. To be charitable to him, his resources may be stretched among the other responsibilities he has, but he should sort that out if he wants this host to be more popular. If you join the support discord server and make a support ticket, you might get ignored if he doesn't want to answer your question, even if you are a paying customer. That is a huge lack of professionalism on his part. If you're intrigued by Pufferfish+, I would just stick with Purpur or Paper instead of paying for Pufferfish+ since both those offer way more support and have more devs working on the projects and fixing bugs in a timely manner. All the dedicated machines on here are just Hetzner machines too. You could save some money by just going with a Hetzner machine, paying for your own DDoS protection and using Paper or Purpur jars. The performance gain from Pufferfish+ jar is pretty overhyped and marginally better than Purpur/Paper if at all.

GBPufferfish is #1. I switched to Puffer after using a very large hosting platform. The second these guys transferred all of my files, my server ran 100x better. I've been working personally with Kevin at Puffer for the last few weeks to get my server as perfect as possible and let me tell you. This guy knows what he's doing. I have never met someone who is so intellectually smart with hosting and servers. He has literally transformed my entire server when it comes to optimization, and I cannot thank him enough. The community doesn't deserve these prices that he sells servers for as the support and dedication you get from these guys is unmatched. I hope whoever reads this makes the switch. With Puffer not being as big as some of the other companies, you really see how dedicated they are. You get real 1 on 1 problem solving until the real issue is solved. I cannot thank Kevin and Pufferfish enough for their work and hospitality. You guys are the best. I won't be going anywhere.

GB5/5 rating, amazing support. The staff here are insanely helpful and they respond to your tickets in a fast amount of time. I cannot list how helpful they are, if you go to PebblePost they won't help you with plugins and transferring. When I wanted to transfer from Pebblehost to Pufferfish, they requested access to my Pebblehost panel and did it all for me within an hour. I 100% recommend it, and they also fixed a problem I've been trying to fix for a week.

DKGood server quality I'm giving pufferfish host 3 stars out of 5. I would've loved to give them 5/5, but there is just one problem that I have with them, their support. I came from apexhosting which have amazing support, and I just feel like pufferfish is behind on this. First of all, they don't have a ticket system. I can only get support through a livechat, which I find to be very limiting. I would love to see a ticket system. Secondly, I have been waiting for some time now for a somewhat basic question, and I have still to get an anwser, even though I can see that there is an online support member on the livechat, that's not okay! (Update) My fault for not seeing that there is in fact a ticket system, maybe a button/link from the panel would be a good idea, to make this clear)
